Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
• To cancel your order, please email us at elev8te.team@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7889669544 with your order ID.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll fix it:

Returns & Refunds (Eligible Cases Only)

• We accept returns only for:
  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Size mismatch (only if returnable tag is mentioned)
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition & packaging with tags intact.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days.
• Refund will be made to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized t-shirts
• Items purchased during a sale/clearance
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed for size changes only, subject to availability.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for exchange requests.
